Common hold reasons
- First payout review — a one-time manual check.
- Identity verification required — triggered by larger amounts or by risk signals.
- Reversal pending — one of your credited offers was charged back by the advertiser.
- Mismatched payout details — the payout account name does not match the account holder.
What to do
Check your notifications and email: a hold always comes with the reason and the action needed. Reply with the requested document or corrected detail and the payout re-enters the queue automatically.
Declined payouts
If a payout is declined, the points return to your balance in full. A declined payout is not a ban; it means the specific request could not be completed.
