# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Earn Reward Cash (Earn Reward Cash platform operator) ("we", "us", the "Platform"). By creating an account, opening an offer, or using any part of the website you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.
1. Who may use the Platform
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to request a cash payout. Users aged 16-17 may use the Platform only with verifiable parental consent and only for non-cash rewards where local law allows it.
- One account per person, per household device fingerprint, and per payout destination.
- You must not be located in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you must not appear on any sanctions or terrorist-financing list.
- Employees of partner advertising networks may not farm their own campaigns through the Platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data, for keeping your password secret, and for everything done through your account. Notify us immediately at support@nexus.gg if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require email verification, phone verification or identity documents (see the AML & KYC Policy) before releasing a payout.
3. Points, balances and their nature
- Points are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to request a reward. They are not money, not e-money, not a deposit, not a security and not a stored-value instrument.
- Points have no cash value until a withdrawal is approved and paid. They cannot be sold, gifted, inherited, or transferred between accounts.
- The points-to-currency conversion rate, minimum withdrawal thresholds and reward catalogue may change at any time. Changes apply to future withdrawals only.
- We may adjust, reverse or remove points that were credited in error, credited by a partner network and later charged back, or obtained in breach of these Terms.
4. Earning: offers, surveys and offerwalls
Offers, surveys, games and app installs are supplied by third-party advertising networks. Crediting is decided by those networks through server-to-server postbacks. This means:
- Completion times vary from seconds to several days depending on the advertiser's verification window.
- A survey may disqualify you after you begin; this is the survey provider's decision and normally carries no reward.
- If an offer does not credit, you may open a missing-reward claim within 30 days of completing it, with proof (screenshots, in-game name, transaction ID). We forward valid claims to the network; the network's final decision is binding on both of us.
- Some offers require multiple milestones. Only the milestones the advertiser confirms are paid.
5. Reversals, chargebacks and holds
Advertisers can revoke a conversion for fraud, refunded purchases, uninstalls inside the qualification window, or duplicate activity. When that happens the corresponding points are removed from your balance, even if this takes the balance negative. A negative balance must be cleared by future earnings before a new withdrawal can be requested. Withdrawals may be placed on hold while an anti-fraud or AML review is completed.
6. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed to the destination you provide (PayPal address, gift-card email, crypto wallet, bank rail where offered). You are solely responsible for the accuracy of that destination; payments sent to a wrong but valid address cannot be recovered.
- Standard processing time is stated on the cash-out page. Manual review may add up to 5 business days.
- We may refuse or cancel a withdrawal if the account shows fraud signals, if identity verification fails, or if the underlying conversions were reversed.
- Rewards are supplied "as is". Gift-card terms are set by the issuing brand.
7. Prohibited behaviour
The following will result in point removal, forfeiture of the balance, and permanent suspension:
- Multiple accounts, shared accounts, account trading or account selling.
- VPNs, proxies, emulators, device farms, rooted/jailbroken automation, GPS spoofing or any tool that misrepresents your identity, device or location.
- Bots, scripts, auto-clickers, incentivised traffic resale, or automated survey answering (including straight-lining and speeding).
- Fake or stolen payment details, stolen identity documents, or fraudulent chargebacks.
- Reverse engineering, scraping at scale, bypassing rate limits, probing the API, or interfering with other users.
- Abusive, hateful, sexual or illegal content in chat, tickets, usernames or profile fields.
8. Referral programme
Referral commission is paid as a percentage of the points your referred users earn, as published on the referral page. Self-referrals, incentivised referral spam, paid traffic to your referral link without written approval, and referral rings are prohibited and forfeit all referral earnings.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that presents a legal or security risk, or that is inactive for more than 12 months. Where the closure is not caused by fraud, you may request payout of a verified balance above the minimum threshold within 30 days of closure. Balances built through fraud are forfeited.
10. Availability and changes
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Offer inventory, partner networks, features and reward options depend on third parties and can change or disappear without notice. We may modify these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site and take effect 14 days after publication.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim connected with the Platform is limited to the value of your verified point balance at the time the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost earning opportunity, or the acts of third-party networks and advertisers.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Earn Reward Cash (Earn Reward Cash platform operator), its officers and partners against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country of our registered office, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim you agree to contact support@nexus.gg and allow 30 days for a good-faith resolution. Disputes are then subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY, COUNTRY], unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence grants you another forum.
