# Age Policy

1. Minimum ages
- Under 16: may not create an account or use any part of the Platform.
- 16-17: may register only where local law allows and with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. Cash payouts (PayPal, crypto, bank) are not available; only gift-card rewards where the issuer allows minors.
- 18+ : full access, including cash payouts, subject to identity verification.
Some partner networks and surveys enforce their own higher age limits (often 18+) and will simply not show inventory to younger users.
2. How we enforce it
- An age confirmation is required at sign-up and stored with the account.
- Identity verification before payout reveals the real date of birth; an underage account is closed and its cash balance is voided.
- Suspected underage accounts are suspended pending proof of age.
3. Parents and guardians
If you believe a child under 16 has created an account, email privacy@nexus.gg with the username or email address. We will close the account and delete the personal data within 30 days and confirm to you in writing.
4. Child-directed services
The Platform is not directed at children, is not listed in any Google Play "Designed for Families" or Kids-category app, and no child-directed advertising SDK is used.
