1. Rights you can exercise

2. How to make a request
- Send an email from the address registered on your account to privacy@nexus.gg, or open a support ticket while signed in.
- State which right you want to exercise. Authorised agents must attach written permission.
- We may ask one verification question to confirm you own the account. We will never ask for your password.
- We answer within 30 days (extendable once by 30 days for complex requests, with notice). Requests are free unless manifestly excessive.
3. What deletion actually deletes
Deleting your account removes your profile, avatar, preferences, chat messages, support content, referral links and earning history from the live platform, and cancels any pending withdrawal. We must keep, in a restricted archive:
- financial and AML records for 5-7 years (legal obligation);
- fraud signals such as hashed device fingerprints and banned payout destinations, to prevent a banned user simply re-registering;
- aggregated, non-identifying statistics.
Deletion is irreversible and forfeits any remaining point balance below the minimum payout threshold. Cash out first if your balance qualifies.
4. Third parties
Partner networks that received a pseudonymous ID hold their own records. We forward deletion requests to the networks you interacted with, but their own retention rules and privacy policies apply.
