# Fair Use & Anti-Fraud Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
The reward economy only works because advertisers pay for genuine users. This policy explains the behaviour that keeps your account safe and the behaviour that ends it.
1. One person, one account
One account per person, household payout destination and device. Family members sharing a home network must contact support before registering, otherwise both accounts are flagged as duplicates.
2. Prohibited tools and techniques
- VPNs, proxies, Tor, residential proxy services and IP rotation.
- Android/iOS emulators, virtual machines, cloud phones, device farms, rooted or jailbroken automation.
- GPS/location spoofing or changing device identifiers between offers.
- Bots, macros, auto-clickers, headless browsers, click farms and paid completion services.
- Straight-lining, speeding or nonsense answers in surveys.
- Fake identity documents, stolen payment accounts, or a payout destination that is not yours.
- Buying, selling, renting or sharing accounts and referral rings.
3. What we monitor
Device and browser fingerprints, IP reputation and geolocation consistency, click-to-conversion timing, completion velocity, referral graph shape, payout-destination reuse, and network chargeback reports. Signals are combined into a risk score; a high score holds the withdrawal for human review rather than banning automatically.
4. Consequences
| Severity | Action | | --- | --- | | Single suspicious completion | that reward reversed | | Repeated soft signals | withdrawals held, manual review, verification required | | Confirmed fraud, multi-accounting, automation | permanent ban, full balance forfeited, payout destination blacklisted, network notified |
5. Appeals
You may appeal once, within 30 days, from Support → Appeal a restriction. Include your username, what happened, and any evidence (device, location, travel). Appeals are answered within 14 days by a human. Advertiser reversal decisions are final and cannot be appealed with us.
6. Good-faith use
Nothing here penalises normal behaviour: travelling, changing phone, using mobile data, or having a slow-crediting offer. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask support first at support@nexus.gg.
