# Rewards & Payout Policy

This policy explains exactly how points become rewards. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Conversion and thresholds
- The live points-per-currency rate and every minimum threshold are shown on the Cash out page before you confirm; the value displayed at the moment you submit is the value applied.
- Different reward types have different minimums (typically the lowest for gift cards, the highest for bank/crypto rails because of network fees).
- Any provider fee is displayed before you confirm. We do not add hidden fees.
2. Processing times

Your withdrawal status is always visible in Wallet → Withdrawals.
3. When a reward can be refused or reversed
- The underlying conversion was charged back, refunded, or flagged as fraud by the advertiser.
- Multiple accounts, VPN/emulator use, or automation were detected.
- Identity verification failed or was not completed.
- The payout destination is invalid, belongs to another person, or is in a sanctioned jurisdiction.
- The account has a negative balance from earlier reversals.
Reversals can take a balance negative; the negative amount must be cleared by future earnings.
4. Missing rewards
Open a claim from Missing reward within 30 days of the completion, with the offer name, the exact completion time, your in-game name/ID and a screenshot. Typical resolution is 3-14 days because the advertiser must confirm. Claims without evidence, or for offers completed with a VPN/emulator, are closed.
5. No refunds, no cash conversion
Points are not purchased with money, so there is nothing to refund. Delivered gift-card codes, crypto transfers and PayPal payments are final and cannot be reversed, exchanged or resent once delivered to the destination you supplied. Always double-check the destination.
6. Inactive accounts
Accounts inactive for 12 months may be closed and remaining points expire, after a warning email to the registered address.
7. Taxes
Rewards may be taxable income where you live. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due. We may be required to collect tax forms before large payouts.
