# Responsible Earning

1. This is not income
Completing offers and surveys is a way to earn small rewards in spare time. It is not employment, not investment, and it will not replace a salary. Anyone promising otherwise is not us.
2. No purchase is ever required
You never have to spend money to earn on this Platform. Some third-party offers do involve a purchase or a subscription (for example a trial that renews). Those are optional, they are always labelled, and the advertiser's own terms and cancellation rules apply. Cancel trials before they renew — we cannot refund an advertiser's charge.
3. Healthy limits
- Set a time budget and use the session reminder in Settings → Wellbeing.
- Take a break at least every hour.
- Do not chase a leaderboard position with money you cannot afford to spend on paid offers.
- Under-18 users may not access paid offers or cash payouts.
4. This is not gambling
Chests, streaks and daily bonuses are free progression rewards. There is no wagering of your own money and no purchase of loot boxes with real currency. If any element still feels compulsive to you, use Settings → Self-exclusion to lock your account for 30, 90 or 365 days.
5. Getting help
If earning or spending has become a problem, contact a local support service — for example BeGambleAware (UK), the National Council on Problem Gambling (US, 1-800-522-4700), or your national health line. We can also close your account permanently on request at support@nexus.gg.
