Cash out methods and limits

Available methods

The live list, with the current minimums, is on the Cash out page. We support PayPal, major gift cards and several crypto assets.

Processing times

1. Gift cards: usually instant, up to 24 hours at peak.
2. PayPal: same business day, up to 72 hours for a first payout.
3. Crypto: after network confirmation, usually under an hour.

Fees

NEXUS charges no withdrawal fee. Crypto payouts carry the network fee, which is shown before you confirm.

Why a payout can be held

First payouts, a sudden balance jump, or a high reversal rate trigger a manual review. Reviews are done by a human, normally within 24 hours.
