Check the status first
Every withdrawal is listed in your Wallet with a live status: pending, processing, paid or rejected. A rejected payout returns the points to your balance immediately.
PayPal
Check that the email on the request matches your PayPal login exactly, and look in the PayPal activity tab rather than your inbox — notification emails are often filtered.
Gift cards
Codes are delivered on the Wallet page and by email. If the code page shows delivered but you cannot see the email, check spam before opening a ticket.
Crypto
Once the transaction hash is shown, the payment is out of our hands and confirmation depends on the network. A wrong address cannot be recovered — always paste, never type.
Still nothing?
Open a support ticket with the payout ID from your Wallet. Do not create a second withdrawal request; duplicates slow the review down.
