First, wait for the stated crediting window
Each offer page lists an average crediting time. Surveys usually credit in minutes, app installs in a few hours, and deposit or purchase offers can take up to 30 days because the advertiser waits out their refund window.
Check the three usual causes
- The goal was not fully met — re-read the tier list.
- Tracking was blocked by a VPN, proxy, private browsing or an ad blocker.
- The app was installed before you clicked Start, so the click was never attributed.
File a missing reward claim
If the window has passed and the goal was met, open a claim from the Missing reward page. Include:
- The offer name and the network it came from.
- The date and time you started it.
- The account or player ID you used inside the game or app.
- A screenshot of the completed goal, with the in-game username visible.
We forward the claim to the advertiser and update the ticket as soon as they answer. Most claims resolve within 72 hours; deposit offers can take longer.
