When it is required
Verification is requested when a payout crosses our review threshold, when several accounts share a device or address, or when an advertiser disputes a conversion. It is a legal requirement under our AML policy, not a punishment.
Accepted documents
- A government-issued photo ID: passport, national ID card or driving licence.
- The document must be in date, fully visible, and all four corners in frame.
- Name and date of birth must match your NEXUS profile.
What we never ask for
We never ask for your password, your PayPal login, a card PIN, or a payment to release a balance. Anyone who does is impersonating us — report it immediately.
Timing and privacy
Reviews finish within 48 hours. Documents are stored encrypted, used only for the verification, and deleted on request once the check is complete.
