Reversals are the advertiser's decision
When an advertiser refunds a purchase, detects a bot, or flags an install as fraudulent, they send a reversal postback. We mirror it: the points leave your balance the same way they arrived.
Common triggers
- A refunded in-app purchase.
- A cancelled free trial inside the qualifying period.
- Emulator, rooted or jailbroken device detection.
- Duplicate device or IP across several accounts.
Repeated reversals pause payouts
If a large share of your conversions get reversed, cash out is paused while we review. Reply in the support ticket with your evidence and the hold is lifted as soon as the review clears.
