When it is required
Verification is requested for larger cumulative payouts, when several accounts share a device or payment detail, or when a partner network flags an account. It is a legal and anti-fraud requirement, not an accusation.
Accepted documents
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, driving licence).
- A selfie holding the document, if requested.
- Occasionally a proof of address dated within the last 3 months.
Requirements for a clean pass
- All four corners of the document visible, no crop.
- No glare, no blur, no editing of any kind.
- Name and date of birth must match your NEXUS profile.
Timing and privacy
Reviews are normally completed within 24-72 hours. Documents are used only to confirm identity and are stored under our privacy policy retention rules.
