Placing a withdrawal
Open Cashout, pick a method, enter the amount and confirm your payout details. The points are held immediately and the request enters the payout queue.
Minimums and fees
Each method shows its own minimum and processing time on the Cashout page. NEXUS does not add a fee; some crypto networks charge their own on-chain fee, which is shown before you confirm.
Processing time
- Gift cards and most crypto: usually minutes to a few hours.
- PayPal and bank-backed methods: usually within 24 hours.
- First withdrawal, or any unusually large one: may be held for a manual review.
Before you confirm
Double-check the address, email or tag. Payouts sent to an address you typed incorrectly cannot be reversed by us.
