Confirm your email
The confirmation link is sent the moment you sign up. Unconfirmed accounts can browse but cannot withdraw. If the mail never arrived, check spam, then request a new link from the sign-in dialog.
Use a unique password
A password reused from another site is the single most common cause of account theft. Use a password manager.
Watch your linked accounts
Settings shows every social login attached to your profile. Unlink anything you do not recognise and open a ticket straight away.
Phishing
We only email from our own domain, and we never link to a login page that asks for your payout credentials.
