Close the account
Send a deletion request from the Support page using the email registered on the account. Cash out any remaining balance first — deletion is final and unpaid points are forfeited.
What we delete
Profile, avatar, activity, tickets and marketing preferences are removed within 30 days.
What we must keep
Transaction and anti-fraud records are retained for the period required by anti-money-laundering law, in a restricted archive that is not used for any other purpose.
Export your data
Ask for a copy from the same page and you will receive a machine-readable export within 30 days, free of charge.
