What gets an account restricted
- Multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household device.
- VPN, proxy, emulator or device spoofing during offers.
- Fake or incentivised registrations, and chargebacks on purchase offers.
- Automation, scripts or bots of any kind.
Reversals
If an advertiser retracts a conversion, the corresponding points are removed even after they were credited. Your history shows the reversal and the reason.
Appealing
Open a support ticket with your account email and everything relevant: screenshots, timestamps, and an explanation of the flagged activity. Appeals are reviewed by a human. Decisions confirmed by the partner network cannot be overturned by NEXUS, but we will always tell you what the network reported.
