Phishing red flags
NEXUS staff will never ask for your password, a payout confirmation code, or a "verification fee". Any message doing so is a scam, even if it copies our branding. Support only replies inside your ticket thread and from our official domain.
If you suspect access
Change your password immediately, then open a support ticket. We can review recent sessions and freeze payouts while we investigate.
